Megapoxy HICB

MEGAPOXY HIGH IMPACT CRUSHER BACKING

Megapoxy High Impact Crusher Backing is a two component pourable epoxy grout for backing crusher parts,  grouting machinery, locking bearings,  setting anchor bolts and chocking of machinery.

MEGAPOXY HICB has oustanding compressive strength properties with very low shrinkage. It is economical to use compared with other epoxy resin systems.

Megapoxy H

LOW VISCOSITY EPOXY RESIN LIQUID MEGAPOXY H

MEGAPOXY H is recommended as a suitable high strength material for bonding and anchoring steel reinforcement, starter bars and tie bars into concrete, brick work and stone.

MEGAPOXY H is also ideal for sealing / waterproofing concrete structures and can be mixed with sand to make mortar systems. The addition of pigments can also be added for industrial floor coatings.

Megapoxy CT5

AIRPORT LIGHTING INSTALLATION COMPOUND

MEGAPOXY CT5 & LSS-5 is an Australian manufactured compound for backfilling and encapsulating inductive detector loops, weigh in motion sensors, and Aircraft Landing Lights on asphaltic and concrete roadways.

MEGAPOXY CT5 is a cold pour and applied liquid that sets rapidly in all weather conditions minimising road and or lane closure. The non brittle, quick cure properties of Megapoxy CT5 make it ideal for long term encapsulation.

MEGAPOXY CT5 is black and Megapoxy LSS-5 is clear in colour. Both have a simple mix ratio of 1: 1 by volume. Megapoxy CT can be stored for long periods and is readily available Australia wide.

Availability:

MEGAPOXY CT5 & LSS-5 are available in 20 litre kits. Shelf life of unopened kits is 2 years. Product should be stored in cool dry store.

Megapoxy HT

HIGH BUILD (Gel Version) OF MEGAPOXY H

MEGAPOXY HT is an excellent substitue for Megapoxy H where a high build or non sag is needed. Suitable for high strength bonding and anchoring of steel reinforcement, starter bars and tie bars into concrete, brick work and stone.

MEGAPOXY HT can also be used in damp and underwater applications.

Availability:

MEGAPOXY HT is available in 1 litre, 4 litre and 20 litre kits.

Megapoxy E

HIGH IMPACT EPOXY FOR ELECTRICAL CASTINGS FOR ROOM OR ELEVATED TEMPERATURE SERVICE.

MEGAPOXY E is recommended for encapsulation of instrument
transformers, lighting transformers, small power transformers and coils, for electrical and electronic industries. MEGAPOXY E is suitable for casting electrical switchgear components and for mechanical and chemical resistant applications. Cured MEGAPOXY E has excellent static and dynamic mechanical properties as well as superior electrical and dielectric properties.

MEGAPOXY E can coloured to suit individual applications.

MEGAPOXY E Resin Component is available in 25kg packs.

MEGAPOXY E Hardener is available in 5kg packs.

MEGAPOXY EH high temperature hardener is available in 5kg packs.

Megapoxy L

MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID EPOXY SYSTEM

MEGAPOXY L can be used for the following:

• Rail and machinery grouting

• Wear and slip resistant floors

• Bridge load bearing pads

• Repair of broken concrete

MEGAPOXY L is typically mixed with sand for high build structural grouting of machinery.

Megapoxy PF

RAPID SET EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

MEGAPOXY PF is a rapid set epoxy adhesive which sets in three to five minutes and attains more than half its ultimate strength within 15 minutes of mixing. Megapoxy PF “hardens-as-you-hold-it” for immediate on the spot emergency repairs to tanks, pipes, machinery, concrete structures etc.

Megapoxy PM

GAP FILLING EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING USE

MEGAPOXY PM is specially formulated structural non-sag epoxy filling paste and adhesive. This easy to use two-part epoxy sets after mixing to an extremely durable adhesive ideal for bonding natural stone, concrete, steel, timber, glass and masonary. Its easy to use 1:1 mixing make it suitable for on site applications.

Availability:

MEGAPOXY PM is available in 4 litre & 20 litre kits. Shelf life of
unopened kits is 2 years minimum. Product should be stored in cool dry store.

Megapoxy MC

HEAVY DUTY MAINTENANCE COATING
MEGAPOXY MC is an excellent heavy duty protective coating of concrete, steel, timber, masonry etc. Ideal Coating of storage tanks for chemicals, foodstuffs, fuel etc. Hygienic and dust free floor and wall coatings.

Idealy MEGAPOXY MC is applied in three coats giving a total 0.4 to 0.5 mm dry film thickness, which is resistant to abrasion, impact and wide range of chemicals.

MEGAPOXY MC can be applied by airless spray equipment, roller or brush. The working time is sufficiently long (2 hours) to make the use of twin spray heads unnecessary.

Availability:

MEGAPOXY MC is available in 5.0 kg (approx 4 litre) and 20
kg (approx 16 litre) kits in white, grey and blue. Other colours can be produced to suit individual requirements.

Megapoxy P1

GAP FILLING EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING USE

MEGAPOXY P1 is a two component high strength epoxy paste based on DGEBA epoxy resin and carbonate free filler. Easy to use, this product sets after mixing with excellent properties for a wide range of applications. Ideal for structural bonding and repairs of precast concrete.

Megapoxy 69

HIGH STRENGTH IMPACT RESISTANT EPOXY ADHESIVE

MEGAPOXY 69 is a translucent clear non-sag gel type epoxy. Ideal for structural bonding of metals to metals, metals to concrete and masonry, assembly of granite and marble fabrications, and many other civil engineering applications requiring superior bond strengths.

MEGAPOXY 69 is also ideal for structural timber joinery and applications in the marine environment. It retains its high strength after repeated high impact forces.
