Megapoxy HICB

MEGAPOXY HIGH IMPACT CRUSHER BACKING

Megapoxy High Impact Crusher Backing is a two component pourable epoxy grout for backing crusher parts,  grouting machinery, locking bearings,  setting anchor bolts and chocking of machinery.

MEGAPOXY HICB has oustanding compressive strength properties with very low shrinkage. It is economical to use compared with other epoxy resin systems.

Megapoxy H

LOW VISCOSITY EPOXY RESIN LIQUID MEGAPOXY H

MEGAPOXY H is recommended as a suitable high strength material for bonding and anchoring steel reinforcement, starter bars and tie bars into concrete, brick work and stone.

MEGAPOXY H is also ideal for sealing / waterproofing concrete structures and can be mixed with sand to make mortar systems. The addition of pigments can also be added for industrial floor coatings.

Megapoxy HT

HIGH BUILD (Gel Version) OF MEGAPOXY H

MEGAPOXY HT is an excellent substitue for Megapoxy H where a high build or non sag is needed. Suitable for high strength bonding and anchoring of steel reinforcement, starter bars and tie bars into concrete, brick work and stone.

MEGAPOXY HT can also be used in damp and underwater applications.

Megapoxy L

MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID EPOXY SYSTEM

MEGAPOXY L can be used for the following:

• Rail and machinery grouting

• Wear and slip resistant floors

• Bridge load bearing pads

• Repair of broken concrete

MEGAPOXY L is typically mixed with sand for high build structural grouting of machinery.

Megapoxy PF

RAPID SET EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

MEGAPOXY PF is a rapid set epoxy adhesive which sets in three to five minutes and attains more than half its ultimate strength within 15 minutes of mixing. Megapoxy PF “hardens-as-you-hold-it” for immediate on the spot emergency repairs to tanks, pipes, machinery, concrete structures etc.

Megapoxy PM

GAP FILLING EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING USE

MEGAPOXY PM is specially formulated structural non-sag epoxy filling paste and adhesive. This easy to use two-part epoxy sets after mixing to an extremely durable adhesive ideal for bonding natural stone, concrete, steel, timber, glass and masonary. Its easy to use 1:1 mixing make it suitable for on site applications.

Availability:

MEGAPOXY PM is available in 4 litre & 20 litre kits. Shelf life of
unopened kits is 2 years minimum. Product should be stored in cool dry store.

Megapoxy P1

GAP FILLING EPOXY PASTE ADHESIVE FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING USE

MEGAPOXY P1 is a two component high strength epoxy paste based on DGEBA epoxy resin and carbonate free filler. Easy to use, this product sets after mixing with excellent properties for a wide range of applications. Ideal for structural bonding and repairs of precast concrete.
